Our Mission Statement

Dr. Nina, the owner of iSmiles Dentistry, specializes in creating happier and healthier smiles
through delivering comprehensive and state -of -the art dental excellence to patients. To her, it is
crucial to focus on the patient’s individual needs and goals. Along with her team, Dr. Nina
understands the need to have a perfect patient experience, and the satisfied outcome resulted
from personalized care. That’s why she always spends time on getting to know each patient as an
individual, as well as learning about the patient’s overall health, and lifestyle. This approach
allows her to develop custom dental plans that help the patient attain optimal oral health with a
beautiful smile in a timely fashion.

Dr. Nina has built an advanced and modern dental practice that is boutique, and relationship
based. Her vision is to deliver minimal invasive, relaxed and genuine care that positively
improves the patient’s life. She invested in the latest technologies including:

1. Calaject-Computer-Assisted Anesthesia System – a syringe-less anesthetic delivery
2. Digital X-rays– a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. 3D- CBCT
   Imaging – can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D x-ray; and allow more
   accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health condition,
3. iTero 3D scanner- help patients to visualize how their overall teeth look and allow more
   accurate restorations and more efficient relationships with lab.
4. AMD Lasers- a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease.
5. Minimal Invasive Implantology (IBS) – minimize damage of soft, hard tissue, number of
   surgery and use of artificial material.
6. Electronic Dental Records (EDR) – paperless system delivers electronic charting, digital
   imaging, enhanced case-presentation and online booking.

Dr. Nina was born and raised in Vietnam. She moved to America at the age of 15. A summa cum
laude graduate from the University of California, Riverside, Dr. Nina then attended the
distinguished University of California, San Francisco where she completed her training in
dentistry. After practicing for several years in Inland Empire area, Dr. Nina could not be happier
to obtain a dental practice, iSmiles Dentistry; and serve the Orange County community.

Dr. Nina has many years of experience in general dentistry as well as extensive trainings through
Continue Education in esthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. She has completed her
advanced cosmetic training and residency at esthetic professional as well as Placement and
Restorative of Implants with IBS; Minimal Invasive Implantology and Hiossen implant system.
She is certified in delivering Clear orthodontic aligners from Invisalign to treat malocclusion.

Dr. Nina loves cooking Vietnamese and French cuisines. She also has a keen interest in
photography and enjoys taking portraits and macro pictures. In her free time, she loves spending
quality time with her family, friends, and watching basketball games with her boys.
